Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment details.\n\nFor subscription products, your card will be charged at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.\n6. Refund policy\n\nDigital downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.\n\nMonthly membership: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.\n\nCoaching packages: Refunds on coaching packages are considered on a case by case basis if requested before the first session has taken place. No refunds are issued after sessions have commenced.\n7. Cancellation\n\nYou may cancel any subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at [glp1advice@outlook.com]. Cancellations are effective from the next billing date.\n8.
