All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
For subscription products, your card will be charged at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
6. Refund policy
Digital downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.
Monthly membership: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Coaching packages: Refunds on coaching packages are considered on a case by case basis if requested before the first session has taken place. No refunds are issued after sessions have commenced.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel any subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at [glp1advice@outlook.com]. Cancellations are effective from the next billing date.
8. Intellectual property
All content on glp1advice.com — including text, images, guides, course materials, and branding — is the intellectual property of GLP-1 Advice Ltd unless otherwise stated.
